In 2001, Michelle began her yoga journey. She took her first yoga classes in 2001 when VHS tapes were still popular. The benefits of her practice have become evident in her day-to-day life. It helped her slow down and focus on the simplicity of life, like posture and breath, which can be easy to neglect when caught up in the busyness of life.

Practicing yoga regularly, she noticed waking up feeling more focused and energized than ever. This led her to embark on a personal journey of self-discovery through yoga.

She believes everyone should be comfortable being themselves regardless of size, shape, ability, or background. She's committed to helping students discover their inner strength, the strength they need to overcome life's obstacles, whether an injury or a bad day.
