About a year ago I went on a Heller Good Yoga retreat in Sedona led by Michelle, and it was an amazing experience. Michelle has such a comforting and positive energy, and she makes you feel confident trying positions you might not feel comfortable with at first. The way she teaches makes it easy to follow, and she pushes you to try new things and do your best. I can't recommend her enough. I will definitely be hiring her for team building in the future. We had a private group yoga session with Michelle for a bachelorette in Scottsdale and it was one of the highlights of the trip! After the class we felt amazing, empowered and ready to start off our day right. She tailored the class to our skill and energy level (it was an early morning) which really helped. Would definitely hire her again for another bachelorette!
